Manage

Operating and maintaining wind farms is an area in which TCI Renewables staff demonstrates vast experience.

The process of operation and maintenance commences during the final stages of construction, commissioning and handover. TCI Renewables ensure that once operational, the appropriate administrative arrangements are already in place to oversee the facility.

Typically the asset management business will enter into back to back O & M contracts with the manufacturer’s warranty contracts. TCI Renewables police the turbine manufacturer’s staff during the defects and warranty period whilst managing all other high voltage and site issues. Upon the termination of the defects and warranty period TCI Renewables manage all activities as required.

Monthly and annual reports are produced to demonstrate actual generated output (against that predicted), revenue, costs, failures and other site events and statistics (eg: wind speed and direction).

The TCI Renewables management process is geared to maximising the efficiency of the development to ensure that the price of generated electricity is as economical as possible.
